Kingdom St. Office Fit Out

On this project Tokenspire Construction won the role of main contractor covering all aspects of the fitout to the new build office space covering site management and all Health & Safety aspects, glazed partition walls were formed to create cellular fully serviced office space.

New electrical, lighting and data was installed throughout along with breakout areas and numerous tea points across the floor, hi specification toilets were built, air-conditioning was installed throughout into the new suspended ceilings, this was a 22 week project completed in 20 weeks within budget.
