Old Mill Renovation in Leeds

This old mill renovation required all the internal stone walls to be cleaned and re-pointed, a full electrical rewire and new cat 5 cabling installed throughout.

There were some repair works required to all the floors and roof coverings including the repair work to fire damage, secondary glazing was added to the existing windows.

New break-out areas and toilets where added including new floor finishes throughout. The old passenger lift was decommissioned and the passenger car made into a store room.
