Tokenspire Construction - Office New Build / Refurbishment Projects

We not only specialise in the construction of buildings, but also have a huge amount of experience in the building and construction of new office space.
We are also professionals in the refurbishment of current offices and office blocks. This includes the construction and fitting of fire walls, fitted kitchens, glazing, air conditioning , heating, data for comms rooms and anything else the client may need to make the business run more smoothly.

An 18 week refurbishment of 7 floors in Knightsbridge, London

27 – 28 Clements Lane, London Bridge

A twenty-two week contract consisting of a 6 floor fit out for MWB Business Exchange with a new data comms room added to the basement with data cabling throughout the building, full electrical rewire and upgrade to the
air-conditioning system.
Each floor was split up into cellular offices using the Prima partition system apart from the 5th floor which was left open planned. The fit out included installing new toilets, disabled toilets, DDA shower and refurbishing of 15 of the existing toilets. The building was brought in line with current DDA standards including works taken place to update the passengers lift. (Click Pictures To Enlarge)

Millbank court, John Islip Street, London

The project consisted of the strip out of a main reception area and then going onto a full refurbishment of the reception area including a new teapoint and shower area. All work carried out when the building was fully occupied with business tenants and residents.

Gratterpalm, Leeds ( Renovation of an old mill )
All the internal stone walls where cleaned and repointed, full electrical rewire and new data fitted, there was some repair works needed to all the floors and roofs including fire damage, all new secondary glazing added to existing windows. New teapoints and toilets where added including new flooring throughout.
The old passenger lift was decommissioned and the passenger car made into a store room.

Two floor refurbishment - Lombard House, Cheadle
Lombard house Cheadle Dec 07 - Feb 08, a 2 floor strip out back to core walls and shell for LPC Living, full redecoration throughout, new ceilings, flooring, teapoints, data, toilets added new reception area built including a new tarmaced car parking area to the front of the building.

5th Floor Office Refurbishment - Return to Cavendish Square, Oxford Street in London
The project lasted 4 months and consisted of a strip out and refit of the 5th floor for MWB Business Exchange, this time we weren't so fortunate to have the luxury of using a goods hoist to take rubbish from the floor and materials to the floor, the majority of rubbish and new materials were moved by hand up and down the fire escapes and loaded into dustbin carts waiting outside.
